Order Print Settings : Receipt customisation
Customise what appears on your printed receipts in just a few clicks — add your logo, business details, footer information, and more, directly from the Expedy console.

Access Order Print Settings
- Log in to the Expedy console
- Go to Printers

- Select the printer you want to configure

- Open the Connections & Plugins tab

Receipt Header
Time Zone

Set the correct time zone to ensure receipts display the right date and time.
Logo
Add your establishment's logo or any image to the top of the receipt. See image requirements for format and dimension guidelines.
Company Name
Your shop name or a custom title displayed at the top of the receipt.
Receipt Footer

Add any business information you want to appear at the bottom of every receipt:
- Company name
- Company registration number
- Postal address
- Contact details (phone, email, etc.)
All fields are optional and free-form.

Ticket copies

Set the number of copies to print automatically for each order.
Receipt template

Choose the layout that best suits your workflow.
Tandem printer
Add a second printer to automatically print a copy of every receipt. Enter the second printer's UID — it must already be added to the same Expedy account.
SMS order notifications (France only)
Enter one or more mobile numbers to receive an SMS for every new order. Separate multiple numbers with semicolons.
ℹ️ This service is only available in France and is charged at €0.10 per SMS. Contact us to activate it.
