GPRS / 3G / 4G SIM Card Setup
Enable mobile data connectivity on your Expedy printer to send print jobs from anywhere — no Wi-Fi, no Ethernet required. With a SIM card installed, your printer stays connected via the cellular network, making it ideal for mobile setups, pop-up stores, delivery fleets, or any location without a fixed internet connection.
ℹ️ The printer's GPRS modem is compatible with all operators using the following frequencies: 900 / 1800 / 850 / 1900 MHz
⚠️ We recommend disabling Wi-Fi (set to NONE) before testing the 3G/4G connection to avoid conflicts. See Wi-Fi setup.

Most SIM cards connect automatically. However, depending on your mobile operator, you may need to manually configure the APN to activate mobile data on the printer.
Your APN can usually be found in your operator's documentation or customer support portal.
Configure the APN — Remote API
Send the following command from the Expedy console under Printers → Select printer, or via the API:
<SETAPN>your_apn</SETAPN>
See the
<SETAPN>documentation for details.
Configure the APN — Windows Software
- Download and install the PrinterSetting software — (installation guide)
- Go to the GPRS section
- In the APN Name field, enter the APN provided by your SIM card operator
- Click SET to apply
