How to integrate Expedy Print with Zapier
Zapier — Automate Your Print Jobs
Connect Expedy Print to thousands of apps and trigger automatic print jobs based on any event — no code required.
Examples of what you can automate:
- Print a preparation slip when a new order is placed (Amazon Seller, eBay, Wix...)
- Print a shipping label when its status changes to "Ready to print" (Packlink, ShippyPro...)
- Print a document as soon as it's saved to a folder (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive...)
- Print a photo when a new post is published (WordPress, Instagram, Facebook, Flickr...)
What is Zapier?

Zapier is an online automation platform that connects apps and services without any coding. It works by creating automated workflows called Zaps — each Zap triggers an action in one app in response to an event in another.
Zapier is free for up to 100 jobs per month.
Set up a Zap with Expedy Print
Step 1 — Create a Zapier account

Sign up at zapier.com with your email, or use your Google, Facebook, or Microsoft login.
Step 2 — Create a new Zap

Go to the Zaps section and click Create a Zap.
Step 3 — Choose your trigger app

Click Trigger and select the app that will start the automation. In this example, we use Instagram.
Step 4 — Choose the trigger event

Select the event that will trigger the print job. Here: New post published.
Step 5 — Add Expedy Print as the action

In the action step, search for and select Expedy Print.
Step 6 — Select the action event

Select Create a Print Job.
Step 7 — Connect your Expedy account

Create a new connection by entering your API SID and TOKEN, available in the Expedy console under API.
Step 8 — Configure the print job

Enter your Printer UID — find it in the Expedy console under Printers. Then compose the message with the data you want to print. Use the <IMG> tag to print an image, or the receipt layout tags to format text.
Step 9 — Test and publish

Click Test action. A success message confirms the job was sent. If you get an error, double-check your API keys and Printer UID. Then click Publish to activate your Zap.
Verify the print job
You can confirm the job was received in the Expedy console under Printers → Select printer → Print Jobs History.
